Product Review 2022-23 awards winner Aussie Broadband

Aussie Broadband has taken out the ProductReview.com.au Best Internet Service Provider award for 2023, and the Best Mobile Broadband award. This is the second year in a row that Aussie has won the Best ISP award, and its fifth win of the award in the last six years.

“Ensuring an excellent customer experience is at the core of what we do at Aussie. It’s something we take great pride in, and the proof is in the pudding. It’s no coincidence that we’ve won the Best ISP award 5 times in the last 6 six years. A huge thank you to our customers who have supported us through the years as we strive to keep changing the game!” said Aussie Chief Strategy Officer, Jonathan Prosser.

The ProductReview award winners are decided through customer reviews on the site over the past year.

“Based on its strong ratings and reviews, Aussie Broadband has taken out two awards in 2023 — one under the Internet Service Providers category and the other under the Mobile Broadband Providers category,” said ProductReview Business Development Manager, Renee Xie. “Across both services, customers have praised Aussie Broadband on their communicative and patient customer service team, as well as their simple set up process.”

The win is the latest for Aussie Broadband, with the company recognised for its excellent service and products at the Mozo People’s Choice Awards, CHOICE Awards, Canstar Blue Awards, and Finder Innovation Awards, among others.
