Aussie Broadband has done it again, with Finder customers ranking Aussie Broadband as the best NBN Provider for its world-class customer support, commitment to high speeds and reliability.

Finder polled over 30,000 Australians for their Customer Satisfaction Awards, asking regular Aussies for feedback on their ISP’s customer service, included benefits, reliability, speed, data limits, overall satisfaction and more. 91 per cent of customers were happy to recommend Aussie Broadband’s service, six percentage points ahead of the next closest provider. Aussie Broadband’s satisfaction ratings were also the highest of all NBN providers.

The win comes after Aussie Broadband was recognised by Finder’s experts last year in their Finder Innovation Awards, which saw Aussie win two awards for its Fault Detector Project and online customer service. Aussie Broadband was also nominated as Australia’s Most Trusted Telco in 2022 by Roy Morgan, CHOICE’s Best NBN Provider, Best Internet Service Provider and Mobile Broadband by Product Review, Canstar’s Most Trusted Internet Plan Provider, and winning the Connection Quality, Excellent Service & Support, Most Recommended, and Outstanding Customer Satisfaction categories at the 2023 Mozo People’s Choice Awards.

“To have taken out Finder’s Best NBN Provider award really speaks to our team’s drive to never settle for second best and to keep kicking goals. Our staff really are the reason for these award wins, and we can never overstate just how crucial they are to Aussie’s achievements,” said Aussie Broadband Chief Financial Officer Brian Maher. “As a company we set the bar high for ourselves because our customers deserve nothing less. To once again be recognised for our high-quality internet service reaffirms the hard work our staff put in every day.”
