Aussie Broadband has once again won the ProductReview Internet Service Provider award. This marks the third consecutive year Aussie has won the award, and the sixth time in the last seven years.

“Kick-starting the year with yet another ProductReview win for Best ISP is a treat and a sign of further great things to come in 2024. The last 12 months have been huge at Aussie, and we wouldn’t have continued to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality internet without our dedicated staff. I’d like to extend the praise to our customers who have also supported us as we’ve continued to change the game,” said Aussie Broadband Chief Strategy Officer Jonathan Prosser.

The ProductReview award winners are selected based on their overall rating, overall review count, current retail availability to Australians, and the rating and review count from the last 12 months.

“[Aussie Broadband’s] 4.5 star rating is a testament to the strong customer service and value they provide to Australians as a top performing ISP,” said ProductReview Business Development Manager Renee Xie. “Reviews mentioned the excellent and patient customer service that customers received when setting up their internet service and troubleshooting any problems, as well as the reliable internet speeds they received.”
