Aussie Broadband wins all four categories at Mozo People’s Choice Awards

Aussie Broadband has officially been named the 2022 Mozo People’s Choice Awards winner for Broadband in a clean sweep.
Over 2,000 Australians were surveyed in the broadband awards via a national survey. Aussie took out honours in all four broadband categories for 2022 including Connection Quality, Excellent Service and Support, Most Recommended, and Outstanding Customer Satisfaction.
Managing Director Phillip Britt thanked his staff and everyone that voted.
“I am incredibly proud of every single team member for continuing to deliver excellent customer service. Given that we have seen such rapid growth at Aussie in the last couple of years, it is truly amazing to have taken out all broadband categories for the fourth year in a row. This wouldn’t be possible without our people and dedication to changing the game.”

Mozo People’s Choice Awards adjudicator, Peter Marshall, praised the winners and Aussie Broadband’s achievement.
“With thousands of Australians voting in this year’s Mozo People’s Choice Broadband Awards, the winners are a true reflection of who has been delivering great customer experiences,” said Peter.
“A real standout this year, Aussie Broadband received honours in every award category, including the coveted Outstanding Customer Satisfaction award. Clearly, a broadband provider that goes above and beyond customer expectations.”
Aussie has also maintained the highest average across the four categories over the past four years compared to other broadband providers.
