Aussie Broadband's award-winning customer service and product offering has been honoured once again, taking out the 2023 Internet Service Provider of the Year, Mobile Phone Service Provider of the Year, and ‘Best of the Best’ Awards at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction awards.

This is the first time Aussie Broadband has won the ‘Best of the Best’ award which is awarded to the company that achieved the highest customer satisfaction of all winners.

"Our dedicated staff are the heart and soul of Aussie Broadband, and without their level of passion, expertise and daily care, these award wins wouldn’t be possible," ABB Chief Executive Officer Brian Maher said. "I know just how hard our staff work to maintain the standards they do, which is why I'm truly thrilled that we've followed up our Most Trusted Telco win with 3 more Roy Morgan awards for Customer Satisfaction."

"Building trust with our customers starts by trusting our staff — and it's that relationship that has helped Aussie Broadband grow into the industry-leading telco that we are today."

The win follows Aussie Broadband being named Australia’s Most Trusted Telco by Roy Morgan for the second year in a row as well as Australia’s 34th trusted brand overall.

"Aussie Broadband has returned to the winner’s list in style in 2023 by winning the ‘Internet Service Provider of the Year’, ‘Mobile Phone Service Provider of the Year’ and the prestigious ‘Roy Morgan Best of the Best Award’ with a record-breaking average customer satisfaction rating of 97.5% throughout 2023,” said Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine.

“Australia’s most trusted telecommunications company for 2023 has now emerged as the company delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction ahead of household names including Skoda, Dan Murphy’s, Aldi and Apple iPhone — the four runners-up in the ‘Best of the Best’ Award.”

Earlier this year Aussie Broadband also won Best Internet Service Provider at the Product Review awards for the third time in a row.
