Aussie Broadband is proud to announce that it is once again Australia’s Most Trusted Telco following the release of Roy Morgan’s recent Risk Monitor rankings report.

This marks the third year in a row that Aussie has been awarded the Most Trusted Brand in Telecommunications, and the second consecutive year that Aussie has been awarded the Most Trusted Telco title after it was introduced last year.

“Trust is difficult to earn, but easy to lose, regardless of the industry you’re in,” said Aussie Broadband Managing Director Phillip Britt. “That’s why being named Australia’s Most Trusted Telco for the second year in a row is something we don’t take lightly and work hard to maintain.

“I’d like to thank all of our customers who have voted and continued to support us, but also our staff who make these achievements possible and allow us to change the game every day.”

Aussie Broadband was ranked 34th overall for trust in Australia, up from 48th with telco being the most distrusted industry overall.

“Aussie Broadband has done it again – winning Roy Morgan’s Trusted Brand Award for Telecommunications for the second consecutive year,” Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine said. “The impressive result from Aussie Broadband was built on positive feedback from a wide variety of customers who were effusive in their praise of the internet service provider that started life just over 15 years ago”.

“Some direct quotes from customers include that ‘Aussie Broadband always deals with whatever problem you have, promptly and efficiently’ and ‘Aussie Broadband have local customer service and always have had (sic). They are proactive and well-priced’ – emphasising once more the importance of a local presence – a common theme for many of the award winners at the Trusted Brand Awards,” Levine added.

“Aussie Broadband has worked tirelessly to redefine the telco sector. Founder Phillip Britt rose to the challenge of scaling the business while maintaining its family feel and deeply felt values. Not easy in a hyper-competitive, cut-throat market.”

The announcement follows Aussie’s recent CHOICE and Mozo wins.
