Aussie Broadband has been recognised as one of Australia’s best broadband provider by ProductReview for the 3rd year in a row.

ProductReview is one of the largest review platforms used by Australians. It allows users to comment on a business and give it a star rating out of five.

Managing Director Phillip Britt said, “We’re delighted to win the best internet service provider award again this year. We have an extremely strong culture built around our chief value of no bullsh*t. This drives our approach to customer service, products and communications and we often see it reflected in the reviews that our customers give us.:

Aussie Broadband’s scores have been consistently sitting at 4.5 out of 5 stars for several months.

Companies can’t alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.com.au.

Aussie Broadband is a small but rapidly growing internet service provider challenging larger telcos in the NBN game.

The company is based in the Latrobe Valley in Gippsland, Victoria. It is privately-owned with an all-Australian support team.

Phil said feedback from customers showed that they appreciated the company’s direct and transparent approach to customer service.

“We’ve already changed the telco game in numerous ways – such as going national when many said it couldn’t be done and publishing our daily bandwidth graphs. We have senior staff interacting regularly with customers online, and we’ve even enabled customers to self-serve their troubleshooting via an app,” he said.

Unlike many other telcos, Aussie Broadband also leaves open its Facebook and Google review facilities.

“We regard each and every review – whether positive or negative – as a gift from a customer, and we try to respond to everyone. We regularly feed positive reviews back to our staff, use feedback to tweak our processes and systems, and we always attempt to troubleshoot for customers to resolve negative reviews,” Phil said.

Last week, the company officially opened its fifth office, in Lynbrook in the outer South East of Melbourne.
