ConnectionNoneThe device isn't connected to the NBN access network equipment outside your homeCheck all the cables have been connected correctly
ConnectionBlue (blinking)The device is starting upWait for setup to complete (up to 15 minutes) - the light should then turn solid blue
ConnectionSolid blueThe device is connected to the NBN access network equipment outside your homeNothing - this is normal
ConnectionSolid red (or blinking)There may be a line fault or problem affecting the NBN connection deviceTurn off the power to the NBN connection device and contact your phone and internet provider
ConnectionAlternating red/blueThere may be a line fault, such as an off-hook telephoneDisconnect all non-compatible devices from telephone wall sockets - if that doesn't work, contact your phone and internet provider
BroadbandNoneThe device's broadband link is downIf the power and connection lights are solid blue, but the broadband light is out, contact your phone and internet provider
