How can I change my billing anniversary date?

You can change your billing anniversary date by calling our Customer Service team on 1300 880 905. A pro rata amount (which is a relevant portion of your costs) will be billed at this time to account for the difference between your old and new date.

Please note: The billing anniversary may not be the same as the debit date.  The debit date can be found on your invoice.
