Are there any fees associated with relocating?

Aussie Broadband does not charge a ‘relocation fee’ to move your service(s) to a new address.

However, additional charges may be incurred in some circumstances, such as moving into a newly developed property, or where you may need to buy a new modem/router. If you're moving to a place that uses OptiComm internet, they will charge a $109 connection fee on your next Aussie Broadband invoice.

In these circumstances, they will be disclosed to you as potential upfront charges when calling to relocate your service.
